Job Description As the Purchasing / Inventory Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of the inventory in the warehouse ensuring the accuracy of stock levels. Performing cycle counts and managing stock discrepancies will be apart of the role. Working closely with sales and marketing you will also be responsible for the purchasing function of the business ensuring orders are placed and followed up for timely delivery. Managing supplier relationships is therefore a crucial element of the role. Further responsibilities include making recommendations for slow moving stock, dealing with returns and managing back-orders. The Successful Applicant As the Purchasing / Inventory Coordinator you will have a high attention to detail and be strong numerically. Clear communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills are important in order to be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to multi-task is a key strength for the role. Previous ERP systems experience will be highly beneficial along with strong Microsoft Office skills. What's on Offer A remuneration of $50,000 - $55,000 + Superannuation depending on experience is on offer. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be working within a vibrant and dynamic team.
