We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our Corporate Partners & Direct business unit. You will provide coaching, leadership and direction for a team of thirteen. This role will see you coordinate and conduct all the activities of your team in order to achieve or exceed service standards and meet targets. You will also be accountable for executing the Divisional Strategy by developing and implementing agreed processes and service standards, providing leadership of employees and management of internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will have a strong insurance background and have worked in an operational environment with extensive experience in leadership Commercial Insurance Underwriting exposure, negotiation and presentation skills. To excel in this role you will bring your positive attitude, your desire to develop and share your knowledge with others.
